I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience in psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in clinical training and enriched by continued education, personal exploration, and a passion for integrative health. I regularly attend seminars, study emerging research, and apply mind-body techniques both for myself and my clients.
Note: I am a licensed clinical social worker and a psychotherapist. I am not a licensed dietician, physical therapist, or personal trainer. As stated, over the years of my study and research, I have focused on the Mind/Body connection.

In addition to my wellness work, I also support pet parents who are grieving the loss of their furry family members. Losing a pet is incredibly hard, and my goal is to help you find peace, comfort, and ways to honor the love you shared.
